No offence, but i love it when employers think the economy is bad, and they can push people around with "be happy you have a job". That's funny, but i was never "happy" to have a job, as i give to the job as much as i get out of it. It's a mutual relationship and the employer usually gets more then what he pays you (otherwise he wouldn't be employing you). I never had trouble getting a job, and finding normal people to work with. With the attitude you started the thread in "be happy you have a job", you'll only get people that tolerate that attitude, and those most of the times, aren't good employees anyway.
