If you have your own celebrity domain, it can be set up on that as well.
You have to decide what you are going to use for CMS to plug the DB into. You can buy mine for the short term, and launch with CMS, DB, in place. You have to reskin the site, and add in the graphics and SEO work. But you will be off to the races.
