Jon, Jon, Jon.....while I was very hesitant to admit this on here, I too am from Toledo. :-)
Don't live there now cuz it's way too cold but I was born and raised in good ol' T-Town.
There are very few good jobs in Toledo so I'm sure the Chamber of Commerce there will be thrilled that you're bringing new jobs to the city.
