If it helps with backpain, and gives you a slight ab work out during the day might be worth checking out. I've been more than a little lax on my workout routine with all the hours im clocking at my desk.
it becomes a subliminal motor skill. the first couple hours are tricky, after that, its not even in your mind. your abs work all day. there are multiple exercises that you can do sitting on it too that help strengthen your lower back muscles along with your abs. i go to the gym and do abs there too, but this is much different. its like pilates because your core is always working. core strength is that strong, stamina, from within your gut strength. i bet a month on this ball will do more than doing crunches 4 times a week.



you should do it.
