Yes it will as they will be way less annoying - the contests that is.
You seem to forget or not notice that the vast majority of people do not give a rats ass about who wins in those bumping contests.
If you actually care about who wins then perhaps they should structure them in a different way than just bumping. However as we all know when a contest requires some talent of skill, not that many play.
