The guy in the video is reffering to Geert Wilders, a right wing politician that made "fitna" (the movie). In congress itself, politicians ARE allowed to say whatever they want without any problems.
Just in this case the politician also makes movies and says things outside the government and he called the the "koran" a version of "mein Kampf" (written by Hitler).

So government, political parties, groups, people, media, judges, etc. now all want a say in wether this was a form "discrimination" or not. Some groups wanna sentence him for 1 year of prison for the words he used. The Netherlands are known for their tolerance but whereas dicrimination is punishable by law. These seem to conflict here.

Just so you have the background with dutch GFY intel.

I have no absolute answers, just extra background info so you can have your own opinions.
The guy in the video talks about everybody in The Netherlands and later all of Europe (which are like 55 countries, 55 law systems and like 30 languages...and none of them are lined up as one group or culture)
