It's a comic book movie!!! and that was far before they became popular as well. Now they try so hard to make the characters to seem cool and dark that theres barely any character left! IE new Punisher movie...
I Like both the tim burton batmans and the new ones but ledgers performance was never anything special, it was just well done and over blown because he died from not being able to read prescription warnings...
