no, the irony is, 8 people were arrested over the photo of Phelps smoking a bongload. Which proves, while real violent crime is occuring (Brown vs Rihanna) cops are arresting people because of a picture, yet violent crime is going on and the culprits are celebs.
However, Chris Brown has been given no reprimand, and is now working the "feel sorry for me, im just a man and im going into treatment over anger"
