I got a pretty strong quote from TechieMedia that claims they don't charge separately for support at all. It looks like Techie has a good reputation here on the boards but it is hard to tell who is a company shill and who is a legit poster sometimes.

FYI Techiemedia is by far one of the best in the biz and their support is by far the very best. I have been with them for several years and they don't play any tricks, your package deal is it, no other hiden charges ever. Talk to jim he is the man and his word is as good as gold.
