Doing your best to fix it would mean, you emailing every banned, terminated or blocked affiliate since you updated the program, checking their accounts with a fine tooth comb and making sure they are contacted and asked if they can log in.

If he was the only person, then they should be thankful he brought it to the boards. If he is not the only person then clearly their "best" was not good enough. Maybe if you want to keep his and other peoples accounts you had better look at this from the other side. You should not be flaming him for doing what he did bringing it to the boards. Not anyone else to boards that have been missed while you're doing your best.
And getting the wrong dates given to you, if this was an internal employee your best is not good enough.
Getting your account canceled is not a small problem, it might be for you but it's not fot the people who suffered from this.
Yes contacting all those who were terminated and did not contact you makes you a stand up guy NOW. Did you need me to nudge you towards that, because originally you did not ask for that. So please be careful who you flame and over what.

please tell me when i blamed you for our software problem. actually tell me when i blamed anyone else for OUR software problem. go on every board and show me that. and please go and reread where it says "i just signed up for this board to address this problem" and why have i not posted on netpond? because admin didn't authorize me till yesterday, and by that point we were accused of colluding with the government to catch terrorists under the patriot act. a little too ridiculous for me to get involved at that point. and why did i not post on the one the thread where you got torn up on another board? because of that point exactly, i didn't need to contribute anymore to it.
and it wasn't an internal employee with the wrong dates. chargebacks come from the processor and/or the credit card companies. bangbros does not own a credit card company.

and yes, i never said it was a "small" problem. i've helped out everyone from 2 sales a month guys to much more. i'd appreciate if you'd stop accusing us of things, trying to take what i or anyone else says out of context. why did you even icq me yesterday? to say hi? and that you're working on something that doesn't concern us?
from the beginning, we've said there is a problem and not everyone is affected. the people that were, all they have to do is talk to me and i will try to fix it for them.
