Seriously, though, I'd much rather see a franchise reset than another sequel. I thought the Halloween remake was brilliant, and look what the Battlestar Galactica re-imagining did for the TV show. There is nothing wrong with breathing new life into an old idea, so long as it's not another Prom Night...
