I dunno what's more shocking - how fast that site's gone up in traffic or how shitty that domain is. Seriously, empflix? I could smack keys with my cock and come up with a better one than that, and I bet with a better name they'd be top 500 already with f'in 2 hour clips.
On a more serious note, I'm glad I'm not in adult - I dunno what you all are going to be able to do to stave off this problem but those of you who don't think this is a serious problem to the industry are fooling yourselves. It's not as if the porn in the last year or two is that much "fresher" than 3-5 years ago...in other words, even if you create new content and protect it to death, there's so much practically interchangeable content out there and the tubes seem to get most of it, it'll soon be like trying to charge people for gas when the station down the road is giving it for free...even if it's lower quality or "old", no one's going to care.
