For a reality type site, you are very limiting what you can do with your content. That includes licensing it, using it for clips, etc.

Just to point out in one area that shows how over your head you are let me question your very question.

Super cheap 5.99 for 5 min. (lets double it since many scenes are closer to 10 min and sell for 10.99)
Of that you keep 6.59 and they keep the rest, so you sold your 1 scene for 6.59. No other costs - unless you promote the clip store at a cost.

Now lets say you open your paysite with 10 scenes (same length as above) and you charge say 29.99 per month.
Lets say it was not an affiliate sale so you do not split the money.
After paying your processor you have about 25.50 left. (we shall forget bandwidth etc. or that your first 29 or so sales per year just go to pay for visa fee's.)
That member gets 10 scenes for 25.50 in your pocket.

Thus he paid 2.55 in your pocket per scene, where the clips guy put 6.59 in your pocket per scene.

It gets more complicated, there comes a point when older content has no more production values associated with it, so forth.
COOL man Thanks! Exactly what I wanted to hear. I should pay you for Conseling over SKYPE or something.
Do you own a paysite BTW? and again how do you LICENCE content to others? besides selling each clip on Clips4Sale?

Also, how many scenes would I need - if 10 is not enough to start a paysite?
