Starting a paysite wth little or no traffic will pretty tough, almost impossible really to make money even if you film scenes relatively cheaply. You are asking such a broad question you will never get a satisfactory answer that you can fully appreciate without years of exposure to all the various aspects of the business. And you are trying to do it in the worst possible time, with a worldwide recession and porn freely available everywhere online. Unless you have money to burn, expect there to be an expensive learning curve because even shrewd people who know all the ins and outs have a tough time making original money with content nowadays..
There are indeed several ways to make money with original content- downloadable clip stores, pay sites, third party VOD, licensing the content in bulk to other webmasters, and a DVD release maybe if your content looks good enough. You should read Barefootsies guide to making money with clip stores. Do a search for it, it will help you get some ideas. Let's assume you have ten good scenes already shot and paid for. Ok now, what? It takes money, time and work to attract an audience. Shooting content, getting billing, and putting up a site is almost trivial in the grand scheme of things compared to the sales job ahead of you after that even if your content is good.
PS- Your idea isn't completely original. That is not to say it cannot work, but don't fool yourself into thinking it is so unique. You will be far, far down the line of people who have filmed amateur Canadian models and made porn moves or web sites from those scenes. I did it starting almost fifteen years ago in the "Canadian Beaver Hunt" and "Canadian Stripper Search" VHS & DVD series and there are many other Canadian producers that have filmed local girls for nude photos, porn movies and adult web sites more recently.
