Hell - a lot of us are always looking for fresh new talent. Post some pics, post what the girls are interested/willing to do, if they can travel, what their experience is etc....
Most producers are more than happy to pay you for finding new and reliable talent. If you can recruit and manage sexy reliable talent, be honest with them and the producers, it will reflect nicely on you. Of course, if a model doesn't show or fucks up, or you lie about what she can or will do, that reflects poorly on you.
Damn - if i could just get someone else to deal with all the "talent" headaches I face daily I'd be happier than a 48 year old pervert surrounded by nasty teenagers...... Oh wait , I am a 48 year old pervert surrounded by nasty teenagers - fuck, where did it all go wrong?
