I don't know about you guys but one thing that is frustrating to no end is buying a submit pass on a monday, and then having to wait 4-5 days sometimes longer to get it activated.

Imagine a customer signing up to your site and having to wait a week to get his login and password. That is a customer that will demand a refund and spend his money elsewhere.

When you are submitting galleries the clock is always ticking time is precious and the tgp site owners know this.

Any of you owners care to comment I would love to hear your reasoning for taking your sweet time activating passes.

I mean you are not the only traffic source on the web so why behave like it.

When someone buys a submit pass please be professional and get the pass activated within 48 hours.

It really begins to look like you guys are selling more passes than you actually have open.

Does anyone else ever experience what seems like a ridiculous wait period? Most of my recent pass purchases have been activated either instantly or within 24 hours but its always one or two that take a week or more and it just gets old.

Hopefully I don't get blacklisted for griping about the tgp owners. I mean they blacklist you for almost anything even simple mistakes so I am sure criticizing them is risky.

But so is taking someone's money and taking a week to activate a pass.
