Why do you think there SHOULD be a bank to open themselves up to that kind of risk?
To buy a mortgage, you need at least semi good credit...
To be trusted with credit card numbers... you need a good history too..
Why would there be "hassle free" credit card processing? and what makes you think you deserve it?
