my family once owned 2 houses with 20 apartments and i remember that we had a guy like that living in one. we had to go to court to get him out and it cost a shitload of money to renovate the apartment. it was beyond disgusting - he slept in a coffin and pissed and shit in the armchair he was always sitting in. they finally locked him up in some mental hospital
