I have a friend who is running a Justin.tv webcam with plenty of viewers. Drop dead cute for the real world (but might not hold a candle to some of the girls I've seen on this site). Also very down to earth, loves hockey in particular. I logged in her webcam viewing party thing and she has like 90 guys watching her do nothing... at all...
