This is actually a widely accepted fact within the Psychiatric community. Sexual abuse and molestation at an early age causes certain centers of the brain and developmental stages to shut down due to the trauma.
So whenever you here a grown women with a little girls voice you can be almost certain that they were sexually abused at a very early age.
