There's an easy way to do it that won't cost you much at all.

Have her run Windows Media 9 Encoder on her PC, connected to any kind of camera she likes. Place the URL that it generates right on her website and voiala! Instant webcam. If she has lots of members consider streaming it to a Windows Server hosted anywhere you want. This will let you rebroadcast it to hundreds or even thousands of visitors at the same time. It's pretty easy to do and its something you can do yourself.
