I'd get her to do live cams now. Doesn't have to be 8 hours a day, just whenever she wants. This will help her build a fan base before her site even goes up. Contact me and I will take care of you. I will also increase the commission payout percentage and schedule her for Feature Shows.
Also, she would be on 2 different programs ( java site and a Flash site ).
