Sounds like a Filipino to me.
I've had nothing but bad experiences with outsourcing anything to that country. They ALL start out kick ass, "Hi Boss... blah, blah" and turn into a lazy turd within a quick amount of time. Truth is, even though they are supposed to be working only for you, they are working for others at the same time, thus screwing everything up. I've already had many Filipino outsource workers admit this to me.
Damn shame.
