i guess the your guilty until proven innocent arguement just went to far over the top.
so in the other thread (pirates in parliament) I finally get you to admit that the actual copyright infringers are the only guilty parties in the whole piracy mess, and now you add here that even if they are caught and found guilty 3 or more times there should be no real punishment for them. No 3 strike type laws - hell how about 4, 5, 6, ... 100 strikes - should they still have no severe punishment as a deterrent?
