I think that this shows that the system is broken. Although I don't think AIM is 100% at fault here, I think that the testing system needs some immediate attention.
Producers need to realize that people lives are at risk here and that should come first above production costs and production delays.
It amazes me that after the last incident that something like this could happen. I think it's time for all producers and actors to re evaluate how important it is for everyone that testing guidelines are adhered to and that testing is not subject to individual interpratation.
