I contemplated adding same sex marriage to the poll right before I posted it, just because it seems so antiquated that we don't allow that but for a few states.
More things seem to be possible right now. Maybe the economic downturn might be what it takes to get these bans repealed. Marijuana I see the government making some good money on, online gambling I'm still on the fence about. I guess I don't know enough about the market to stand behind the arguement that it would bring more money into the US / would provide any boost to the economy. I think it should have been better regulated when we had it, but I don't think it should be illegal.
