That does seem to be the main characteristic to being a presenter on there.
the stagers the main guy is gay, colin and justin
, most of the male designers on Restaurant Makeover, nearly everyone!
The only one's on there that probably ain't are the builders like homes, real renos, and the brian baumler.
But yeah, seems if your gay you get your own show these days
