We have gone to great lengths to maintain positive relationships with all of our Fleshlight Girls™, our affiliates, and our vendors. Our business continues to grow, and for over two years we have been paying out some of the most generous royalties in the industry, and will continue to do so. However, on May 23rd 2008, when Raven Riley publicly announced her retirement on XBIZ, she abandoned her contractual responsibilities to ILF. As Tom Leach himself stated, “Raven has communicated that the adult industry is no longer in her future."
In addition to her retirement, Raven proved unreachable for both ourselves, and apparently even for Tom Leach, according to his own published statements in a subsequent XBIZ article on June 27th,
“We then asked her several times between [late March] and May 21 to come into work and learn a new part of the business since she would no longer be taking care of her site,” Leach said. “To which she would never come in [and] quit talking with us, quit texting us [all while] ordering us to keep sending her money anyways.” See:

Her refusal to communicate or to work led to further breaches of contract, as she was unavailable for promotion, communication, and appearances.
Mr. Leach’s claims are both desperate and unfounded. We will continue to maintain good business relations with our current Fleshlight Girls™, and are excited to launch several new girls of the highest caliber in late 2009.
