As they say "If their traffic converted that good, they wouldn't be selling it, now would they...."
If you need to blow some cash on feeder to artificially inflate your trades to get back higher quality traffic in return from YOUR TRADES (not the broker), then it might be useful, but it's dishonest and if you have a trade with quality traffic, they will blacklist you because your feeder will always have lower prod.
I could go on, but I don't buy broker traffic either for a variety of reasons. My sig however is a different beast altogether, since it's all clicked traffic and dependent on your marketing skill, not how much you skim.
