Processing for the site you can set up through Verotel like I have it. The process is very simple. They take a percentage for processing your transactions.

You can process by credit card, 900 number, EU debit, and check over the phone if you like. There is also some ASIAN card they also process for. They pay out ever Monday as long as you meet the minimum amount threshold. You can set up an affiliate program if you like also.

I personally prefer to get paid by ACH. You can also be paid by check. I do not know if they do WIRE. I always prefer ACH when offered.

I am sure there are other processors out there that will process for a celebrity site, or adult sites. I also know some will not. I have always used Verotel for my sites, so I have had no reason to look around or change.

You are free to do that yourself if you like.
