Agreed, but it may be prudent for them to make sure their clients are on the up and up and if proven not to be to dissolve their business agreement with them. The website telling the member to contact Commerce Gate who tells the member to contact the website is helping no one. If the website's TOS says no refunds that should be the answer given when a member contacts the website asking for a refund.
