mpa3 or nats? elevated x? pros and cons?

lets hear it...im mostly looking for support issues
you know like when something goes wrong...who has your back?
if they make say 60 "test" accounts to your sites, and then those accounts get leaked on the password sites...do they help you cancel them all?
or leave it to you..and just ignore you?
would it take one of them 6 months to finally figure out what is wrong and set you up properly?
i need to know these things thanks
