Exactly why most shooters don't get aroused/erections when shooting - they are too busy focusing on the work...
Now, if you get aroused during post-production, then you know that you have gold!!!
Actually, if you are experienced, you generally know it is good when you are shooting it, but you are too preoccupied to acknowledge it, in order to ensure that you have the technical aspects straight as well....
