Well they probably aren't considering the owners of those sites are likely paying people to upload pirated content but that's not easily proven. What gets me is 90% or more of the content on the "illegal tubes" is all pirated stuff. Seems kind of strange courts don't seem to get what's going on or maybe they just don't care.

As for the ddos attack there's protection to stop that. I'd bet they've been hit before and already have protection in place.
