As for the ddos attack there's protection to stop that. I'd bet they've been hit before and already have protection in place.

Are they really abiding by the law? Do you really think all those videos were submitted? Watch as they launch a new tube and magically have tons of other people's content on it by "anonymous" submitters.
I say if you really feel they are stealing from you, play hardball and just go the DDOS route. Much cheaper than attorneys.
