you have to have a connect with either a seller or a shop manager. If you are caught with the bud on you during the delivery its sales of pot, its only regulated to have the shops grow there own which they dont. A med card person can grow up to 2lbs every 3 months, if caught selling or trading it even to another med cord holder or shop it is sales. If caught growing more then what is regulated it is cultivation, which carries a heavy price.
