Have you spent time in China for anything other than a quick holiday? Most people do not have the net in their homes. Phones yes, buuuuuuut.... How do you suggest getting past all the blocking that the government does? And who is going to bill for it if you do?
I'll admit, whoever can crack those nuts can get
paid, so long as you don't get caught and extradited to China to stand trail for it. That's a 7 year prison offense there.
