i agree...education is a big part of why people dont know....

if you cant sum it up in 10 words or less (look at above post)...people wont learn....

people see "healthy" and think its all good food...maybe if it was made by a mom & pop place it can be...but if its mass produced, then odds are it may look like lettuce, taste like lettuce, smell like lettuce....but it isnt just lettuce...

i posted a while back the true ingredients of the Big Mac song...surprising that two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun was half a page for a post...
