But not in the case of public discussion, where webmaster was publicly accused of violating the terms of service.
To me, that his sponsors are silent could also mean that they're embarrased to admit they really did apporove such a lame scheme - but cannot openly deny it because they know he has either ICQ history files or e-mails where they said OK etc.

Not saying I don't trust you, but to confirm the guy's really in violation we need to hear from his sponsors directly, not from a third parties that may have misinterpreted the peices of information available to them (even if his account was really terminated by those sponsors you know, it could be for some other reasons, such as low trials to rebills ratio etc which are irrelevant to what he's been accused of in this thread).
