Hello,
I am writing to you to announce the closing of Madison Avenue and affiliated companies and the cessation of the business. It is with great sadness that we reach this day and that the business operations are no longer viable.
At this time, Madison Avenue and affiliated companies have ceased operations and have begun the process of an orderly wind-down of the business operations. We have retained counsel to facilitate this wind-down and you will receive more information from us as we move forward.
As part of the wind-down, we will be collecting all company assets and selling them to raise cash. This money will be used to pay the company’s creditors. At this time, the primary assets are the domains and the software system used to operate the advertising business. If you are interested in bidding for any of these assets please contact me at [email protected] and I’ll be happy to include you in the sales process.
Unfortunately, the liabilities of the business far exceed the assets so it is with deep regret that I inform you that no creditor will be paid in full. We are striving to maximize the sales price of our assets so we can pay all creditors the most possible.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through this process.
Regards,
Marc Womack

Damn, And I’m always the one bitching at folks to properly use the BCC field. My apologies everyone. I haven’t been getting much sleep lately, heh. Hopefully a few people on the list will be honorable and not use the list.
