Where is gideongallery? Time for him to come in here and make a bunch of excuses.

And though it's still early in all of this, this could very well be a turning point that could mean a lot of lost revenue coming back to all of us in the coming months.
as posted in the streaming only thread when dane was originally bragging about this

As expected, The Pirate Bay site relocated and is back online (DNS still has to update for some people). A Pirate Bay insider told TorrentFreak that they ?got a new connection to the net.? The tracker is still down and is expected to be fully operational tomorrow morning, we were told. Ever since their servers were raided back in 2006 they were prepared for takedown attempts like this.
so this ruling resulted in 3 hours of downtime, millions of dollars of free publicity

and a new shirt for sale in the pirate bay store.

and we haven't even got to any of the substantive reasons for appeal that the pirate bay have in their conviction for "assisting in copyright infringement" for timeshifting tv shows (73% of the infringements) in which there was no proof that they were involved in the transaction (because the stupid cops turn dht on, and used a client that prioritized local peers over getting seeds from the tracker)

whoo hoo lets all celebrate the 3 hours of downtime
