Wow, and you are a business professional? Slamming/name calling others to cover up your lack of saying something, and not following through, I am unimpressed. Your true colors seem to be coming through more and more now.
I just happen to see your post and knew of someone who had just told me about sending a couple of emails to this/your company and never even got as much as a "no thank you" in return, as any professional company would/should do. Then here you asked him to send you another email (3rd one now) and he did, and then still no reply. He has not yet joined GFY, that's why I have been the person in the middle I guess. I know this person is honest and had no reason to tell me, other than what he said had in fact happened to him. Then I noticed your post here shortly after that, etc., etc. I had never even heard of you or your company before and certainly had to reason to say anything untrue. Again, I have never even heard of you or your company before this, and I have much more important things to do with my life, than "argue" with people online. Although it does appear that you may enjoy it.
When you say, "Where the email communication fault lies, is undetermined." It seems odd that his other emails appear to get to everyone else he sends them to, but I guess you're saying you never received any of them, at either of the two email address he sent them to your company at? I understand that occasional emails get lost in cyberspace, but 3 out of 3?
I have not been on GFY long, but you can ask anyone on here, I have never tried to start any "trouble" on here...ever...with anyone, or nor would I. But I will stand up to lies or BS that I am aware of, so if you want to continue this post, feel free to do so, and I will reply as necessary.
