Honestly, there's not much you can do.
If you can see it, you can steal it.... cookies, restrictions, captchyas etc can all be defeated.
The best suggestions are: watermark, adverts, etc.
One trick that really does stump most spiders, however, is to link to your content via JS or CSS.
