But figure that in the past if the total costs for a Ball with big name artist is about $80k to $100k and a main sponsor only has to pay $20k, it's a good deal. Can that money be better spent else where? Depends on the goal of the sponsor. If they want as much exposure and hype leading up to the event, locking it in earlier rather than later would give them a better return.
Big name talent gets hype and excitement from our crowd.
