For the guy who could not get lump sum.... In USA there are advertised services for that... they charge a fee but its doable...
As for the girl, she is saying she wishes to have never won the lottery.... keeps blaming outside forces even good ones for her own stupidity.... even after this all she can not admit that she fucked up... now she is blaming her win for the misery or her youth
