Unfortunately these days, most buyers never let on what they can truly pay at first...every now and then some do, but most don't. The sad thing is many of them miss out on th names they want trying to pussyfoot around while someone else goes for the throat and gets it. But yea, sometimes someone offering $200 might pay more than someone offering $2,000 depending on the name and if you stick with negotiating any offers you get.
