I think on the aforementioned list there are a lot of things the Bush administration tried to do, or at least say they wanted to, but the execution was lacking. The ones that the Obama administration have also talked about or tried to do are met with a little bit more legitimacy because people perceive he's sincere about it. Time will tell what actually gets accomplished.

All in all, I think we're moving in the right direction as far as those bullet points are concerned.
