Sounds about right, everyone else who says that it's worth $5 or free, obviously has never had a nightmare wordpress upgrade... it's pretty rare, but it's possible for the db to get corrupted in the upgrade, there could be a plug in incompatibility or some other fuckup... if you hire the $5 guy, and something goes wrong, it's likely your blog will not only be down for hours, but could also cost you an arm and a leg to repair...
