Why anyone assist on using epassporte to receive payment, beats the hell out of me!
I have had an account open with epassporte for a few years now, and I just recently tried to fund the account so I can send money to a TGP site owner who ONLY takes epassporte for money, and found out that It had a block on it for some needed documents. NO problem, I sent them in the same day that they requested them August 27th and they told me that my account was ready to use again, Wrong. Back on temporary funds protection mode, and have been in a continuous loop of going nowhere.
Anyone know what's going on here?

Please be advised that, your account has been placed in fund protection
mode because our security filters have flagged your account for further
review.
In order to release your account from Fund Protection Mode, please provide
us with the documents listed below for verification purpose:
1) Copy of Government issued Photo ID.
2) Copy of Credit Card Statement ending with **4595.
3) Copy of Credit Card front/back ending with **4595.
4) Copy of your Name and Address proof.
The document request has been sent to your message center. Login to your
Account and you will see the welcome page. On the left side of the page
you will find some options click on upload documents and you will see the
list of documents that you need to submit, upload the documents and

Once your account get back to normal status and you can load the funds on
