Will a "sleek" modern design attract superior affiliates?
Also: should I consider hiring an Affiliate Manager? ANY advice on how to successfully run an Affiliate Program would be most helpful! I have fifteen websites to promote, and two of them - Fellucia Blow and Sexxy Brandon - have conversion rates (steady) of 1-500. Total sales for all sites in the network are exceeding 500 monthly. This means I have a couple hot sites, right? So how do I get the wide world of affiliates to promote these gaurunteed moneymakers?
A lot of questions but super important ones to me. Any advice?

lol bells and whistles... if you're adding affiliate content/etc by hand then having an ACTUAL AFFILIATE PROGRAM (script) where an affiliate can input their CCBill affiliate ID and get actual promo content vs. a nice "coming soon" message, might be in order. lolz... bells and whistles
