both us wp. Latinavideoz has tradescript and both show related post. Im not a designer however so if you have a theme made for video on wordpress i will make you enough post to get you started, set up ads, add tradescript(tradepulse is only im good at) if you like, edit some of the php to include custom fields that make updating easier and faster (for instance when you look at videos on blackvideoz you see link under video i can add whatever you want here banners, more links etc), add your site to a few directories if they are not already listed, and setup seo plugins that i recommend.
All this you can do on your own. But if you dont want to heres a inexpensive offer. If you dont have 5 blogs do 1. This works great for blog you have sitting around in need of a update. Grab a theme and drop me a line and ill get it setup for you.
